  • Client Data: Names and contacts of your customers for invoice generation.
  • Voice Data: Temporary audio processing via the Web Speech API (audio is processed locally and not stored on our servers).

2. How We Use Data

Your data is used solely to provide the estimation service. We use Firebase Realtime Database to store your records so you can access them across different devices.

3. Data Security

We utilize Firebase security protocols to protect your information. However, as a digital tool, no method of transmission is 100% secure. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

Users are responsible for the accuracy of the measurements and invoice totals generated. Pearly's Estimator is a calculation tool and does not constitute a legal financial audit.

3. Voice Control Feature

The voice command feature is provided "as is." Recognition accuracy depends on browser compatibility and environmental noise. Use this feature at your own discretion in professional environments.

4. Limitation of Liability

Abaye John Kwaku and Pearly's Estimator shall not be liable for any financial discrepancies, data loss, or business interruptions resulting from the use of this software.
